Delivery Policy

Delivery is carried out via the courier company Fan Courier, either directly to the address specified by the buyer in the order form, or to one of the available FanBox locations, selected by the buyer based on convenience for collecting the ordered products.

Products are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery is expected to occur within the same timeframe. This period may be extended due to courier-related delays.

Note: Please be aware that services accessed through our website entitle you to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving the products. To exercise this right, you must send an email to contact@adinadeac.com.
