ADINA DEAC is a platform dedicated to the sale of clothing items intended primarily for women, but which also includes unisex models. We place particular emphasis on the quality and durability of each product offered. We also mention that each item is named in English, inspired by a day of the week.
The website can be navigated in both Romanian and English. The website allows you to log in to your personal account using the email address you provided.
All products sold by ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL can be viewed in the SHOP section present in the top left bar of the website. Our platform offers products that are handmade according to 3 sizes (XS-S, M-L, and XL-XXL).
We would like to mention that the products indicated in points 1 – 6 are manufactured entirely by ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL. All products sold are manufactured entirely in Romania. The section related to each product also mentions the washing, drying and ironing method.
In order for the buyer to be able to check the right size, they have the possibility to access the SIZE CHART section found on the product page. The table contains information and measurements for all 3 available sizes.
Delivery is made through the courier company Fan Courier , either directly to the address specified by the buyer in the order form, or to one of the available FanBoxes , selected by the buyer, depending on the most convenient location for picking up the ordered products. The products are shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivery will also take place within 1-3 business days, with the possibility of extending this period for reasons related to the courier activity.
Attention! Please note that the services you can access through our website will benefit from the right of withdrawal, within 14 days from the moment of receiving the products,
by sending an e-mail to this effect, to the e-mail address contact@adinadeac.com.
Website data
The Website is designed to be compatible with most internet browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge). However, we cannot guarantee the compatibility of the Website with all computer equipment, systems or programs used by you, especially if the latest updates to those systems/programs are not installed.
We also inform you that we cannot ensure access to the content of our website in those countries where the population's access to multimedia content is restricted, limited or blocked by government acts or specific legislation, and these restrictions/limitations also apply to the content or media tools on the website.
For information purposes, we indicate that we will consider your request valid, the distance contract will be considered concluded when the order is placed, the payment for the product is made, and the product is delivered. Payment for the services is made only by bank transfer, and subsequently you will be notified by e-mail of the tax invoice for the services provided.
The prices displayed on our website may be changed at any time, including by any changes imposed by tax laws, but these changes will never have a retroactive effect.
You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date and accurate, as necessary for the smooth running of the commercial relationship. All data entered by you as a customer is subject to our Privacy Policy, found on our website.
We allow any natural person, regardless of nationality, to place an order on our website, with a minimum age of 18 years old at the date of placing the order.
Regarding the services provided, we will issue you a tax invoice, your obligation being to provide us with all the information necessary for issuing the invoice, according to the legislation in force. In order to supply products through our website, it is necessary to complete the order form, which involves communicating your data, name, surname, billing and delivery address, communicating an e-mail address, a telephone number. Furthermore, you have the possibility to make the payment via a bank card.
In addition, our page does not store your card details provided for payment, so all information provided regarding your card is processed exclusively by Netopia Payments. We also inform you that our company does not directly store your personal data that you provide to us through the order form, these being

By completing the order, you agree that all data provided, necessary for the document generation process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the order. You also consent to ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL, to contact you, by any available means, in any situation where it is necessary to contact you in connection with the order in question or with the conduct of the commercial relationship in general.
After completing the transaction, you will receive an electronic notification with the result of the electronic processing of the online payment and a tax invoice in electronic format corresponding to the payment, to the email address indicated in the order form.
If the card used for payment cannot be debited due to lack of funds, your order cannot be processed, meaning you will be notified immediately about this.
If the debiting of an amount is not possible, as a result of errors produced by the secure payment processor, you will receive an email asking you to retry the payment. If you are still unable to make the payment in this manner, you will have the option of paying these amounts via bank transfer, based on the invoice issued.
Attention! Depending on the payment processor chosen by ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL and the security criteria of your card issuers, there is a possibility that at the time of registration, you may be asked to pay the amount of 1 leu, in order to verify the validity of the bank card provided.
At the date of publication of these terms and conditions, all amounts are expressed and charged in RON, as well as in Euro, for individuals or legal entities from abroad, the amounts not being subject to VAT. In the event that ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL uses payment processors not resident in Romania, there may be certain exchange rate differences, depending on the issuing bank of the card used by the customer.
In the case of online payments, ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the user, such as currency conversion fees applied by the bank issuing the card, if the card's issuing currency differs from RON. The customer will be solely responsible for bearing these additional costs.
After completing the payment process, based on the information provided by the customer, within a maximum of 60 minutes, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from the Netopia Payments processor.
For exceptional situations beyond our control, where the website appears to be down for a short period of time (e.g., third-party hosting issues or other technical issues), we will allocate the time and resources necessary to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Newsletter subscription
On our website you are given the opportunity to subscribe to the newsletter. Through it we want to regularly inform our customers about the offers offered by ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL
You can only receive the newsletter if you provide us with a valid email address and register to receive the newsletter. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with in order to send the newsletter.
The confirmation email is used to prove whether the customer is authorized to receive the newsletter. During the newsletter registration, we store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and used by the customer at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration.
The collection of this data is necessary to understand the possible illegal uses of the customer's e-mail address. The personal data collected by registering for the newsletter will only be used to send the newsletter. There will be no transfer of the personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The customer has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Also, the customer's consent to store personal data for the purpose of receiving the newsletter can be revoked at any time, and within each newsletter you will find an unsubscribe link.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure to perform on time and/or improperly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided (this includes, but is not limited to, changes in laws or regulations, fires, strikes, epidemics, wars).
If, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party will have the right to notify the other party of the full termination of the contract without either party being able to claim any other damages from the other.

Dispute Resolution. Law and Jurisdiction
The customer acknowledges that these terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. In the event of any conflicts between ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL and the customer, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved by the competent court at the registered office of the provider ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL, having as its object claims arising from or regarding any use of our services.
In view of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, ADINA DEAC CLOTHING SRL offers the consumer the possibility of opting for out-of-court settlement of any disputes, by using the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform), a digital tool created by the European Commission to facilitate the independent, impartial, transparent, effective, rapid and fair out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts between a consumer residing in the Union and a trader established in the Union. If any provision of this Agreement or the application of any such provision to a person or set of circumstances is determined to be invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable to any extent, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be impaired or affected and shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
