Delivery Policy

Delivery is carried out via the courier company Fan Courier, either directly to the address specified by the buyer in the order form, or to one of the available FanBox locations, selected by the buyer based on convenience for collecting the ordered products.

Products are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery is expected to occur within the same timeframe. This period may be extended due to courier-related delays.

Note: Please be aware that services accessed through our website entitle you to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving the products. To exercise this right, you must send an email to contact@adinadeac.com.

Return Policy

The return of products or the consumer’s right to unilaterally terminate the contract is governed by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.

According to the legal provisions regarding consumer rights in distance contracts with professionals, the consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, without needing to justify the decision and without incurring any costs other than return shipping. The 14-day period begins on the day the consumer takes physical possession of the goods.

Customers who are not satisfied with the ordered product may return it and/or choose another product of equal value, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Return shipping costs are borne by you, the customer. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return the product in its original, undamaged packaging, protected by wrapping or packed in a cardboard box (without attached labels, cuts, tears, etc.).

We will not accept products that are missing original labels or packaging. Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract. To do so, the consumer must send the withdrawal form (available on our website) via email to contact@adinadeac.com.

The consumer is required to return the goods by handing them over to a courier company without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal decision was communicated.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of unauthorized intervention, wear, use, or missing accessories.

Return Procedure

Complete the return form with the required information, including invoice number, product details, and reason for return.

Send the completed form to the email address specified in the form.

After receiving your request, we will confirm it via email.

You may then ship the product to the address listed on the original delivery document, and we recommend selecting the parcel inspection service when sending.
